All courses will be held in the Humble/Kingwood/Atascocita area.

Lifeguard Training typically meets on Saturday and Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM. The times are approximate and may be adjusted according to participant knowledge/skill acquisition and facility availability.

All of our American Red Cross Lifeguard courses are now available online.
The blended learning online course reduces in person class time and
enables participants to study at their own pace
prior to the start of the skills and testing sessions.
1. Review the "2025 ARC Lifeguard Course Schedule, Procedures and Policies" which provides information on course dates, fees, requirements, and policies for the course.
2. Please schedule a pre-course swim test by completing the online form below
under "Schedule Swim Test".
3. Complete the online "2025 ARC LIFEGUARD COURSE REGISTRATION FORM" before your scheduled swim test. Course fees are due after successful completion of swim test.
